Relaxing

Headed to Ascot for a Spa weekend with the girls. It always takes me ages to unwind for these sorts of things. I'm so used to being stressed all the time and find it quite hard to adjust to doing nothing.

A back massage helped a lot though, not only to relax me but also to work out some of the muscle tension. Spent the afternoon trying out the different spa rooms and floating in the outdoor hot tub....bliss!
