The Incredible Blip Universe

It is, you know...incredible, lovely, sweet, inspiring, and reminds me that there are good people all over the universe. Okay, honestly, I can't vouch for the entire universe, but I can say for sure that wonderful people exist in this blip world.

I was quite surprised today when I went to my mail box and saw an envelope with South African postmarks. "Ohhhhhh, this is from my blip-friend, Chiaroscuro (beautifulblue)." Do you ever talk like that? Saying things like, "My blip friend...this or that?" I do, all the time. I'm pretty sure my family worries a bit about me. As though I am referring to make-believe friends. But you and I know the reality is, blipfoto is quite an amazing social networking/daily journal/blogging friendly site. It's so much better than Twitter or Facebook, isn't it?

THANK YOU beautifulblue, for the lovely gift. The book has gorgeous photos of a part of the world I would love to see with my own eyes one day. You've shared a little of your heart with me and it means the world to me.

Today I am grateful for every blipper on earth :-).
