Making Waves
When we got up this morning the weather wasn't too bad. I thought the forecasters had got it wrong but by 11 o'clock everything had changed. J said , come on, we'll go down Porthcawl. When we got there we saw lot's of people in high viz jackets and there was a road diversion. There was supposed to be a cycle race of over 200 hundred cyclists racing through the streets of Porthcawl. I think it must have been cancelled due to the bad weather. We managed to find a parking spot and walked to the harbour wall. The wind was howling and it was pouring with rain. We stood by the Lifeboat Station and got absolutely soaking wet. I took about 200 hundred photos but liked this one best as it captures the atmosphere of the storm. We had to come home and change our clothes. This afternoon i am going to read the print off the newspaper and tonight we are going to watch the final episode of , What Remains.
