Paris, day 1

As we arrived to our hostel at the district of Montmartre about 6 p.m. we didn't have time to do much else than to take a short walk in the surroundings of our hostel, including a visit to grocery store to get some food.

From our hostel room's window was a nice view to Sacre Coeur. I took a couple of photos of Sacre Coeur or the street beneath our window almost every morning and evening.

Our hostel was very basic. Part of the hostel was renovated, but not that part which we stayed in, so the room was in a slightly poor condition. The hostel was still sort of charming and we only payed 56 euros/night for a room with double bed and wash basin, so it was quite cost-effective.
