Soooo wet!

Stayed at home this morning to 'keep mum company' .. though she slept most of the time ..

Even though it was chucking down, I went to Sunk Island in the afternoon - just to get out of the house really.

I knitted for two hours in the van .. then decided I'd better go home - and the engine wouldn't start - I'd left the headlights on the whole time - eek!

Called the AA - waited 20 minutes, then tried the engine again and it worked - phew!

Took this photo of a spooked heron as I was driving back - not bad considering it was so dark and miserable ..
