A roller coaster - and some Barbie buttocks

An afternoon at the seaside in Great Yarmouth with Roland where we hot-footed it down the sea front to have a ride on the wooden roller coaster. It's the best three quid and five minutes of screaming and giggling you could ever spend. Honest!

We then scampered back to a little park in the city centre where the annual 'Out There' festival of circus and street theatre was taking place. Unfortunately the weather was pretty foul so rain stopped play for several performances.

We did, however, manage to watch a bizarre but hilarious show called Pikzpalace by Boucherie Bacul from Belgium. It was basically the story of a family who ran a butcher shop where they butchered things like Barbie to make things like Barbie buttocks and Barbie pate and Barbie meatballs.

I bet some small children will be having nightmares tonight.
