Early morning in Turunc

This is one of my favourite Turunc views, taken early this morning when the village was relatively quiet and cool.

I had walked down to buy postcards to send home as I'd promised Lola a card from Granmum. We'll probably be home before she gets it but at least it's now in the post.

Colin is a bit better today - thank goodness. We were supposed to be going on a midnight cruise tonight but it's been cancelled due to strong winds. And there's a storm forecast for Tuesday! The weather can change here quite dramatically with loss of power and the water supply sometimes. It all adds to the attraction of the place for me!
