Sunflower

Woke up this morning to a grey and windy wet morning so our sunflowers were pretty well as much sun as we saw for most of the day . In fairness, the sun did show his face on a couple of brief occasions between the showers but it was a huge difference from yesterday.
MaggieD and I spent the morning doing some improvements around the house and then treated ourselves to lunch out at the Coffee Bothy in the shadow of the Ochil hills. Their mince 'n' mashed tatties went down a treat!
