Autumn gifts

|Lots of people in the northern hemisphere are now blipping autumn leaves and scenes showing the season; autumn also brings a bounty in the fruits that become available.

This lovely bowl of apples was left in our front porch today by a neighbour.......her little note wishes us to enjoy them, she knows we like apple crumbles. Thanks so much Viv!!!!

A very mixed weather bag today; we had heavy rain and very strong winds this morning...... I even got a lift to church and it is only five minutes walk away but I would have been soaked otherwise. Got wet coming home, but early in the afternoon the sun shone although it was still windy. And that was the pattern from then on, sometimes sunny, sometimes windy, sometimes wet. I guess it's the season.......hope you all fared well this weekend.
