The holidays are OVER!

Sam's first day at Meldrum Academy, Tess' first day in P6 (yes, not P5 Elaine, thanks Val!), with neighbours Grace and Georgie in the same situation. I missed this moment because of pesky work.

And I've been overly anxious about Sam, starting at the BIG school, He's been getting on just fine. My worries of him being swept along on a tidal wave dinner queue rush or being trapped between two reference books on a library shelf or being bullied by a larger nyaff have not come to pass. And Tess's class is much more calmer than last year, she seems happier with her world and more robust against the wee girls with a tendency to be right wee besoms.
