Honesty

Bue skies and bright sunshine greeted me this morning as I filled up the car with old printers,speakers, radios, irons and other electric and electronic equipment dug out of the nooks and crannies in Mum's workroom, and destined for a final trip to the dump for recycling!

Job done, I turned my attention to these Honesty. Earlier in the Summer these self-seeded plants had brighten up the garden with their pretty honest purple flowers. Today, it is the seed pods lit up by the early morning sun taking centre stage.

A few hours later the sun had disappeared and the car was empty, and only the photos remained as an honest reminder of the day.
