Dorney

It is Sunday, which has become my long run day. I was so pleased with the Thames Path that I went back again today, and Nathan did a shorter run and drove home while I ran for hours.

I broke up the run by watching a bit of the racing at Dorney Lake today, and because Steve was in the massage tent I stopped by to say hello. He offered a massage but I was "only" one hour into the run with two hours to go.
