Oxford open doors ...

From Moreton in Marsh to Oxford, today.

It was an excellent opportunity to wander around Oxford as I've never seen it before, thanks to the Open Doors weekend. Congratulations to the organisers ... it was a fascinating. So much so that the changeable weather that had out paid to our Cotswold walking weekend (I'm a bit of a wet weather walking wuss) ... didn't lessen our enjoyment one bit.

We meandered through colleges admiring stunning architecture - both the ancient and modern - set in beautiful grounds and glorious gardens. It is hard to say which we liked best. Here's Magdalen ... I think ... as I now feel totally confused. It was one of our last stops before taking Deb back to the station to return to London. Great to spend the weekend with an old friend. Now in Oxford for the week to spend some time with my mum.
