Making pizza bases.

Up the allotment this morning, first time in a while due to holidays. Lots more beans, loads of potatoes and a few sweetcorn cobs.

Friends round for dinner so decided to make homemade pizza's - why do we always pick something we've never cooked before when people come for dinner instead of a tried and trusted recipe? Anyway we made the bases, the tomato sauce, the garlic butter, had oven baked corn on the cob (thanks to the allotment) and visited the co-op for the rest.

Glad to report it was a success, even though half the garlic butter ended up on the bottom of the oven (nice job for the future there).
