Swivel-eyed Loony?

So I spent the afternoon giving out certificates and prizes at the library to lots and lots of small children who had completed this summer's library Reading challenge.

A record nmber finished - 212 - and the afternoon was crowded, noisy and great fun - tho I'm now bent nearly double, because so many of the presentees were so very very small.

As this year's challenge title was the Creepy House, I funded some extras with a creepy theme. We had Creepy balloons, a Creepy Short Story competition, and to top it all - a room-full of creepy crawlies.

I was particularly taken with this chameleon.
