Surf

Not quite. Was soooo excited suited up and ran in so the picture was taken getting changed afterwards. Tom and James, 'showing some leg'.

Lowestoft was a bit wet, but the waves were great. Running a bath now (not very environmentally friendly but good for the aching bones).

Hope bank holiday isn't too wet for everyone... get out there.

Remember there is no such thing as bad weather.
Just the wrong clothes...

A wet suit does help.
