Bracing

A stiff breeze blowing from the west (looking out to sea), not too cold, but enough to blow my unladen tripod over - but which I caught. In the good old days folk were sent to this area to convalesce after illness - at the aptly named Hunstanton Home of Recovery. The NHS now lets you recover in the comfort of your own home.
