A pat on the back

Today I had a 2 hour appraisal.
Although a long process I actually came out with some new challenges which does inspire me.
I was pleased to achieve a 3.5 out of 4 which I know is not given easily.
Its just nice to know that someone recognises your potential and inspires you to do even better
