Colchicum

I cleared the weed-clogged bed outside the kitchen way back in July, keeping the hawkweed and colchicum to replant. I have still to decide what to do with that bed (little sunlight, cool, beside a narrow stepped path). The plants are still in the tub I stored them in temporarily and here are the beautiful flowers of the 'autumn crocus' pushing through regardless of their situation.
