Tram works - nearing the end?

It's taken 21 entries, but here is my first blip to do with the Edinburgh Tram Works. Looking back, the first photograph I took at Haymarket of the works was on 18th September 2008. Now, 5 years later, there are definite signs that the Haymarket phase will be complete sometime soon. Today, this guy was using one of those hot, noisy paint removers on the tram tracks. No idea what was going on.
The mural in the background is part of a scene of areas near the station.
