energy burst

A busy wee day.

By the time I finished work, I needed a lift before yoga at 7. Pasta!

The "sauce" is garlic & chilli fried quickly in olive oil. Some basil added just before serving. Parmesan would have been perfect, but it was a vegan day.

Not ideal when you're about to tie yourself in knots, but the best I could manage in vegan circumstances.

I'm only vegan twice a week. Phew...
