I promise we do get work done...

A busy day in the office showing Becky the ropes on how to manage the service, which I think completely blew her mind, with how much I do as well as making time to see my patients. I wouldn't have it any other way though, I must be mad but I like a bit of stress, it stops me getting bored.

Why the picture of the feet??? At the end of the day Becky and the other nurses decided to compare feet. Why? I haven't got a clue apart from hearing them compare toe lengths and Becky's lack of nail varnish on her toes? I must give them more work to do!
