"From The Time" ...

...I took my first capture of the lovely Photinia bloom on 6/9/2013 - until yesterday, the lovely blooms on the Shrub have been having a think about when to show us its pretty blossoms - and finally it showed us it's quite large flowers, yesterday, developed from little sago- type buds - and when it's a fully grown bush, it will be such a picture...

...It struggled through the last direct Summer sun, the heat of the 40s and had its leaves scorched, but still - it has produced a very pretty little shrub..we have 3 of them actually and it appears they are very popular around here as we see very similar bushes everywhere now - this is the first time it has produced flowers, the other 2 have not...

...A busy day today preparing for the visit of 2 of our Grand- daughters, we will have fun, we always do...and so I may be just taking a Blip - and running - as we plan to take them out every day for the 10 days...there is so much to do, and so much fun we'll have, as usual..
