Cheerful souls

Into town for the afternoon and the shopping centre was hosting a food festival - stalls from local producers and restaurants alongside a demo stage which hosted various peeps including Sophie Grigson (sort of recognised her - probably on This Morning or something) and even better Russell and Michelle, winners of last years The Restaurant on BBC2. "Oh it's them!!!!" we exclaimed.

Turns out they've opened their restaurant The Cheerful Soul just down the road in Marlow, with Mr Blanc overseeing, so we'll definitely have to visit. It's strange seeing people like that in public - you sort of feel you know them having watched them every week for a few months. Good luck to them.

Then into the all new Sainsburys in town which was heaven - we need not step foot in Chavda ever again. Bliss.
