The third in a little series of blips from the harbour in Weymouth, the previous 2 entries:

This was originally the whole boat but I didn't think it worked as well composition wise. And I just loved the close crop with all the texture. I also dithered hard over wether to mono or not, it looked pretty cool on b/w but I loved the colour of the rusty bits (plus I've favoured mono recently!)...

I'm visiting my Dad today as its his 50th Birthday! So Happy Birthday Pops!

Coming from Malaysia he doesn't really celebrate birthdays but still, a visit from myself and the grandchildren with a delivery of cake and quiche I'm sure is appreciated!
