Messy Misses

Me and the Pottery Babes have had a great time this afternoon as I taught them how to throw a pot on the wheel. They all managed to produce some good little bowls but Gina was like a pig in clover and spent a couple of hours playing with a lump of very soggy clay on the wheel- she is hooked.
Jan used her prize squash as a mould to mske a bowl and Mandy made a lovely salad bowl too.
So much concentration that only the odd glass of wine was consumed along with cake and tea.
I loved every minute.
