Know Your Numbers

I have always taken part in this campaign as I feel it is so important to highlight the importance of knowing your number's.
All this week we will be inviting people to ask me to measure their blood pressure. Whilst I know you can't draw many conclusions from a single result I feel it just may prompt someone to have their BP measured who might be having and are unaware of it :-)
