And the bride arrived in style.
Or one of them did, at least. We were only there for an hour on our journey back south but saw 4 brides in that time. Gretna does a roaring trade in weddings, but I doubt that any of them were spur-of-the-moment elopements - with that level of demand, you'd probably have to book months in advance!
We couldn't help but wonder if anyone gets married in Gretna Church...
