Respectable Married Woman

When I had my accident last year I had to remove my wedding ring as my hand was swelling badly. I've been wearing my mother's ring, which is narrow and larger, in the meantime. I'm sure she wouldn't have minded but it didn't feel right.

I've come to the sad conclusion that my finger will never return to the right size so had my ring enlarged, collected it today. It looks like new, as if the wedding was yesterday and not 41 years ago.

I feel like myself again.
