We stopped off and overnighted at a South-bound service station en route.
This hard-faced cuss just sat there while I, slowly, approached and kept increasing the zoom. Finally it was so close that I could almost reach out and grab it.
The only alternative was a shot of the services entrance with a caption "Intruder alert ... EXTERMINATE!" on account of its resemblance to a Dalek.
