Not many people on the beach this morning, in the distance a squad of military (Navy? Army? not sure) recruits chanting as they run.
Temperature way down to about 29 degrees Celsius.

Spent the rest of the day being distracted from work by Blipfoto, delightful visitors - two young girls from Britain - and our handyman. Should be going to Scottish Country Dancing about now, but going to give it a miss tonight. Tsk Tsk - and our ceilidh's coming up next month.
