Taco Ring

Our daughter made this tasty "taco ring" for dinner tonight. She used refrigerated crescent rolls and laid them out like a sun on a cookie sheet and pressed the edges together where they overlap. She mixed taco meat with beans, salsa, and cheese, and put that around the ring and folded over the points of the rolls. She sprinkled a little cheese on top, too.
Bake until the rolls are done. For serving put lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, or whatever you like with your tacos in the center of the ring. Cut in slices where the rolls divide. Mmmm!
