Toast of the town
The wee man proved the toast of the breakfast table this morning, as he gleefully entertained a Belgian family from Liege.
After packing up our car once again we called in at Château de Chenonceau and ambled through the house and gardens.
We stopped briefly in Laval along the way. I must admit, my first impressions weren't the greatest but as we wandered around the old town, the charm began to reveal itself (perhaps I've been a little spoiled recently).
The wee man was off his food today, and heavily drooling. So much so that at one point I wasn't sure if he'd wet himself, or if it was just an excess of drool! This second front tooth must be imminent now.
Another night, another B&B and another round of cooing by the hoteliers. It was fairly late when we arrived so we popped out to a local creperie for dinner. You really can't go wrong with galates and crepes.
Ernie was his usual bubbly self, stealing the attention from everyone else in the restaurant.
Mont Saint-Michel tomorrow!
