I have been busy in the kitchen this morning using up the blackberries that I picked earlier in the week. Ive made some fantastic blackberry and apple jam and have also started off the blackberry wine. Louie and I picked even more blackberries on our walk too and they've gone in the freezer to be used at a later date.
