Around The Harbour

Lovely hot day today. Decided to walk around the harbour side to Es Castell which is accessed up some secret steps, along a dusty cliff path and across some rocks and rubble. Found a lovely promenade which ran along the coast to the two coves and stopped for a coffee.

Had a quick walk up to the market, which only had four stalls and then stopped off at Dinkums which had been recommended to us by the tourist guide. Met another couple from the hotel there for a chat and another drink.

A cruise liner passed by, Croisiers de France liner called Horizon and moored in the port.

Walked back again although stopped off so hubby could have a swim in the Med. He said it was warm, beautiful!

Went back to hotel and then walked again back to the port for a quick bite to eat and then a trip around the harbour in a glass bottomed boat for an hour. Lovely. Stopped off for an ice cream on the way back.

Lots of walking! Phew and so very hot.
