Dusk

A very unusual nightfall in Turunc tonight with sunset colours not often seen due to the lack of cloud. The weather has certainly changed this week compared with last, with temperatures that suit us cold-blooded Scots better. We visited Icmeler this morning by water taxi, had lunch there overlooking the bay then back home to Turunc, where the atmosphere was spoiled by a group of drunken Scots Rangers fans who arrived complete with union jacks, drums, whistles and sectarian songs that would have had them lifted in Glasgow. I never thought we would see and hear sectarian c*** like this here but was saddened to discover that this happens every Wednesday when followers of the Rangers Bar in Marmaris invade Turunc. More's the pity. Paradise lost.
