Richard Villalba / California (US) / Theatre Artist

Day 3 of StadtFest (City Festival) in Magdeburg.

Met Richard in the street when he was filling balloons and making different shapes out it. Richard is from California but living in different countries (mainly within europe) since 1976. Currently he is living with his wife in Berlin. His wife Doris is from Berlin and like Richard she is a theatre artist too. In Magdeburg City Festival, Richard and Doris were earning money by selling balloons. Richard told me he could make 25 different shapes from balloons, for example heart, teddy bear etc. They sold one shaped balloon for 75 cents and two balloons for 1 euro.

*) See Bukhard Dannenberg from Leipzig who plays 7 instruments at a time. A true one man band.
