I wish I was a .......

Help ..!
This is a lovely yellow rose - no name but lovely fragrance.
However, it seems to think it is something else ..... can anyone tell me what the green bits are in the middle of this one. The other blooms have been the usual roses.

It continues to be wet, cold and windy here. I have to keep nipping out to rescue rolling pot plants or falling climbers even though I had thought they were all secure before the gales hit.
The cat won't go out and just roams around trying out new resting places and exploring all nooks and crannies. Maybe it will be sunny sometime tomorrow.
