THE NEW NEST BOX - LOOKING FOR BARN OWLS NOW

Dimensionally and feature-wise I followed a Barn Owl Trust design, but with some frills. The very important exercise platform needs a low boundary ledge to stop fledgelings from toppling off before they have had a chance to flex their wing muscles a bit. In our case they get a ballustraded boundary ledge (surplus wine-rack panels). We hope it brings a mating pair but probably they won't be interested this side of Spring 2014.
