Padding

It's a revelation!! Feels very odd though - but I was grateful for it after yesterday's procedure. The good news is I don't have bladder cancer which is nice. They'll ferret about somewhere else in a while, by which time whatever it is will have sorted itself out all by itself.

So close to thrashing the 30 mile barrier today. If I'd known how close I was I'd have gone round the block a couple of times. Still - the challenge is still there for the weekend.
