On and On

Another slightly frustrating day, not unlike yesterday in all honesty. I did manage to bring something to a conclusion today though! At least the sun was shining for a few minutes at lunchtime for a brief walk into town to get a couple of jobs done.

After a week and a half away, it was back to the running club tonight. I (Chris) was leading and although it felt chilly to begin, it was actually a great temperature to run in and 6 miles were soon dispatched with a good group of runners. Nice to be back and time to step things up as I have a half-marathon fast approaching in October.
