Cake!

Bank Holiday and off work today. My friend and I took a spin down the east coast, lunched in North Berwick and bought some Berwick Cockle for the first time in years. For the uninitiated Berwick Cockles are minty sweets. On the way home stopped at Fenton Barns and discovered cake made without eggs (I'm an egg allergy person). I bought two. Could they taste as good as they looked? Invariably any cake without eggs usually isn't very palatable but after three slices I reckon they're the next best thing!
