Art at the airport

"Luminator" - a crazy sculpture by Jean Tinguely at EuroAirport in Basel. This machine like installation starts to move when you press the button. It's quite interesting but I'm afraid most of the tourists arriving at Basel do not have a chance to see it as it's on on the upper floor, close to the viewing terrace but far away from shops and check-in desks. Therefore, only those who have lots of time or like to explore different places can see it. It will be on display at the airport till September 2014.
