Brownies

These are for a friend.
They are not a squidgy as I'd have liked them and I did turn the temperature down and take them out sooner than said on the recipe.
Will maybe have to write to Mrs Mary Berry and ask her advice.

Thought it was a shame for the bloke in the GBBO who had constructed a pagoda out of biscuits he'd made, flavoured with various teas......she said they were tasteless....it's the first time I've heard her say anything harsh.....it's that Paul Hollywood's influence methinks!!
