Wet day activity

Today's culinary delight is gluten free Date and Walnut loaves. On a wet day what better way to pass the time than baking something yummy. First time I've tried this recipe and I'm quite pleased with the way it has turned out. Ooooh might have to just go and have another piece......please excuse me!
