Clutching at straws

Well, pens actually. This is a blip of true desperation. It's wet and grey outside and I'm feeling a little grumpy having read in the paper today of the bejillions of cuts that Norfolk County Council are looking to implement.

They have, however, launched a consultation (ha!) entitled 'Putting People First' (really?) which is open until the 12th December. This is so that we the people can state whether we would like a smack in the face or a kick up the arse.

Back to choir this evening after the summer break. That should cheer me up a bit.
