Hartside Climb

A tough day. Not as wet as forecasted, thankfully. Got to love the Greystoke Cycle Cafe, that chilli pasta warmed me up no end and got those legs moving again. Just love its quirkiness. Really not much opportunity for photos due to the weather. This view was stunning, the sun rays lighting up the fields below. The iPhone just doesn't do it justice and I barely had the effort in me to keep peddling, so the SLR remained in the pannier.

Speed up the relentless Hartside Hill about 3mph but a great sense of achievement at the blustery top.
Speed down the other side hit 25.9mph

An easier day tomorrow .... Phew!
