High Tide

After work I went to the gym with my daughter and had a work-out. Then we went to a restaurant together and put all te calories back on again! It was a lovely evening. When we got back to the car, night was starting to fall - all was flat calm, and the fishermen were still working (usually the boats come in on Thursday evening)
