my resident ghost

my house has a spirit still resident... its the old man who used to live here... he is very active in the main bedroom and bathroom... lots of noises when the house is empty or when you're alone upstairs (mainly someone walking around upstairs!) yes it does spook me although the spirit means me no harm.. only been here 3 years but I want to transfer as sometimes I get the willies!
