This sullen Welsh heart

I had a bit of an emotional hiccough today. I'm a lot better than I have been but it doesn't take much for the anxiety, sadness and frustration to creep in. Early days and all that. My immediate cure was to plug the earphones in, get the camera out and let Charlie loose on Ogmore. Listening to Rewind the Film while walking and photographing this Buzzard helped a lot. I had so many shots to choose from I just picked any one.
Important lesson: you can't please all people all the time. They may have the best intentions but if it's not right for you at that time, it's not right. There will be other times.
